i sometimes write my english by design lowercase btw, for example if i did read something from Aim before.

i must say that i was not better with senses english posts sometimes. But only edit a post for low/uppercase wtf that is just too german kneipe.

Youre our training-manager i thought. 

as i wrote in pm and spoke with other members in irc we should talk about (real) moderation stuff in a internal discussion topic and make some rules about it. It wasn't only this here, me as forum moderator and admin did some things that ppl did not like too.

For example, i once removed a thread from wing he did not like that much, same for creamer when he posted at a vote and not in the discussion topic for that (isn't possible anymore),

maybe we need one or some voted moderators and a few rules about it.  like a changelog at votes, so ppl are not confused if their post got edited for a good reason.
